I struggled quite a bit yesterday for motivation, but lying in bed last night I think it hit me. If I can stick to this diet I can reach my fitness goals. I’m not going to lie, today has been difficult. I’ve been daydreaming of Chipotle. Gosh I hope that goes away.
Today the struggle has been more about faith. I don’t know if I have enough faith in myself to stick to it. Before we started Joey told me he had absolutely no faith in me completing this, and I don’t know rather I should really give it my all and prove him wrong or if I should just eat something delicious and get it over with.
Today has been better than yesterday though. In the morning I was taking a full serving of flax, 2 scoops of protein, 1 scoop of waxy maize starch, and a serving of fish oil. That was just too much. I felt nauseous and dizzy after eating (guess I should say consuming) all of that. Today I had the shake, Greens, and Hot Rox first thing in the morning and had the flax and fish oil in between Meals 1 and 2. Taking it like that really helped. Plus in between the two meals I was a little hungry, so it cured that too. I also learned not to take fish oil on an empty stomach. That didn’t sit too well. Today I took it after the flax and I felt much better.
Wish me luck!
